I was originally a Support Engineer when I joined in 2005, then I moved to Promotions Management after 6 months, and now I'm in charge of our Support team.

Why did you decide to join MessageMedia?
It was clear to me that MessageMedia has some exciting opportunities ahead, and there was room for me to quench my thirst for new knowledge.
What interesting projects have you worked on here?
Managing a support team is a big job, every day is different which keeps things interesting.
What do you like most about working here?
Mainly the people and the intensity of the job - I like to be kept busy.
What do you like least about working here?
I sometimes feel that 'behind the scenes' work isn't recognized like it should be.
