Ethan – our Business Systems Manager

MessageMedia's grown a lot since I started in 2004, and I've now got far greater responsibilities - I head up our Business Systems unit.

Why did you decide to join MessageMedia?

I like working in a small company, you can have an impact on all parts of the business. Being involved in new processes, watching the company grow and growing with it, personal development - MessageMedia is a company that tends to return the effort you put into it.

What interesting projects have you worked on at MessageMedia?

Web SMS - I was heavily involved in the development of this product.

What do you like most about working here?

MessageMedia has a great team - friendly, easy to work with and we have a relaxed work atmosphere.

What do you like least about working here?

Prioritising the interests of different departments - they all think their work is the most important!

If you could say one thing to someone considering a career at MessageMedia, what would it be?

Make no mistake, MessageMedia can be demanding, but it's a great opportunity if you're prepared to work hard.
